How long does shipping take?+
These ship from our suppliers overseas, so they take a while — we'd rather tell you that up front. Allow 10–25 business days to the US, and 12–30 business days to the EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Most orders land well inside that. Shipping is $4.99 in the US (free over $35) and $6.99–$8.99 internationally (free over $40). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship to 31 countries: the United States, all 27 EU countries, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't on that list, checkout will tell you — we're working on adding more.
Can I return something I changed my mind on?+
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason, wherever you live. Email squishfyp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you. Because these are small, low-value items, we usually won't make you post anything back — we'll just refund you. The only exceptions are items sold as mystery, random or surprise, where the product page says so.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email squishfyp@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll send a replacement or refund. This is separate from the 14-day window above and isn't limited by it — your rights for faulty goods run a lot longer.
Will I be charged customs or duties?+
Possibly, if you're outside the US. Import duties and VAT are not included in what you pay us and are collected by the carrier before delivery. In the EU there's a flat €3 customs duty per item, so a multi-item order adds up. We flag this at checkout too — we'd rather you weren't surprised at the door.
Are these toys safe for children?+
Squishies are recommended for ages 14+ — they are not food and should never go in the mouth. Plushies are suitable for ages 3+.
How do the discounts work?+
Add 3 or more items and 15% comes off automatically. Code SQUISH10 takes another 10% off orders of $45+, and the two stack. Free shipping over $35 in the US, $40 internationally, either way.
