Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it actually takes.

Where we ship and what it costs

— United States: $4.99, free on orders of $35 or more.
— European Union (27 countries): $8.99, free on orders of $40 or more.
— Canada, Australia and New Zealand: $7.99, free on orders of $40 or more.

Free shipping is calculated on the merchandise subtotal. Taxes and other charges do not count toward the threshold unless checkout says otherwise. The free-shipping discount applies when it is shown at checkout.

How long delivery takes — the honest version

Our squishies ship from our suppliers' warehouses overseas, not from a warehouse down the road. That means they take a while, and we would rather tell you that before you order than after.

Allow, from the day you order:

— United States: 10 to 25 business days
— European Union: 12 to 30 business days
— Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 12 to 30 business days

Most orders arrive comfortably inside those windows. We quote the long end deliberately. We would much rather your parcel turned up early than have you waiting past a date we promised.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier backlogs, weather, address problems and busy periods all move things around. Where checkout or your confirmation email shows a more specific estimate, that is the one to go by.

Tracking and split parcels

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier provides one. An order with several products may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days — that is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Customs, duties and VAT

If you are outside the United States, import duties and VAT are not included in what you pay us. They are charged by your country and usually collected by the carrier before your parcel is released.

In the European Union there is a flat €3 customs duty per item, so a multi-item order adds up quickly — a six-item order attracts around €18. We have removed our larger multipacks from sale in the EU for exactly this reason. Please factor this in before you order.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Email squishfyp@gmail.com immediately if something is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change once fulfilment has started. Extra carrier charges or a replacement shipment caused by an address typed incorrectly at checkout may be your responsibility, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

If it is late, damaged, wrong, or never arrives

Contact squishfyp@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details once the delivery window above has passed. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

We will replace it or refund it. Full details are in our Return and refund policy, which also gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason.

Do not post anything back to any address unless we have given you one in writing.
