This policy applies to U.S. orders placed through squishcrave.com.

Rates and destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $45 or more receive free standard shipping when the discount is shown at checkout. Taxes and other charges do not count toward the threshold unless checkout states otherwise.

Processing and delivery

Processing time and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs or import processing, and other events outside our control can affect arrival time.

An order with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when the carrier makes it available.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Email squishfyp@gmail.com immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier charges or a new shipment caused by a customer-entered address error may be the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking shows a problem or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact squishfyp@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days after tracking shows delivery and include clear photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging when relevant.

Approved remedies are handled under our Refund Policy. Do not mail an item to any address without written authorization.
