Before you email

• Where's my order? These ship from our suppliers overseas, so allow 10–25 business days to the US and UK, and 12–30 business days to the EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email.
• Arrived damaged or wrong? Send your order number and a couple of photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
• Wrong address? Email us immediately. We can usually fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
• Change of mind? You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. Email us your order number and we'll refund you — usually without making you post it back.
