Store: Squish Crave

These terms apply when you visit squishcrave.com or purchase from Squish Crave. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies presented at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Store and product use

Squish Crave sells collectible squishy and sensory novelty products. Products are not food and must not be eaten. Follow every product-specific age grade, warning, and instruction shown on the listing or packaging. Keep products away from children below the stated age and from pets. Stop using any item that tears, leaks, sheds material, develops an unusual odor, or is otherwise damaged.

Unless a specific listing says otherwise, products are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Squish Crave confirms acceptance or begins fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, inventory or supplier unavailability, pricing or listing errors, legal or safety concerns, address problems, or misuse of promotions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You authorize the payment method submitted at checkout for the total shown.

Prices and promotions

Prices, availability, shipping charges, and promotions can change before an order is placed. A discount applies only when checkout shows it. Promotions cannot be combined unless their terms say otherwise. Obvious pricing, description, or inventory errors may be corrected before fulfillment; if an order is canceled because of an error, the affected charge will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations, and final sale

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Purchases are final for change-of-mind reasons, subject to applicable law. Damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or missing orders are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact squishfyp@gmail.com immediately about a cancellation or address request; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, collect data without authorization, interfere with store security or operation, place fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, or resell products in a way that misrepresents their source, safety, or condition.

Content and intellectual property

Store branding, original copy, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Squish Crave and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Product and platform names may belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and fulfillment partners. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Squish Crave responsible for their independent content or conduct.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Squish Crave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses when applicable law permits that limitation. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes and contact
