These come from our suppliers overseas, so allow 10–25 business days to the US and UK, and 12–30 business days to the EU, Canada, Australia and NZ. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships. Outside the US, import duties and VAT may be collected by the carrier before delivery — in the EU that's a flat €3 per item.
Returns: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. Email squishfyp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you — usually without making you post it back. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered, separately from that window.

How long does shipping take?+
We ship to 32 countries — the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These come from our suppliers overseas, so allow 10–25 business days to the US and UK, and 12–30 business days to the EU, Canada, Australia and NZ. Shipping is $4.99 US, $6.99 UK, $7.99 Canada/Australia/NZ and $8.99 EU — free over $35 in the US and $40 internationally. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return it if I change my mind?+
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason, wherever you live. Email squishfyp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you — usually without making you post anything back. The only exceptions are items sold as mystery, random or surprise, where the product page says so.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email squishfyp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund it. This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window and isn't limited by it.
Will I be charged customs or duties?+
Possibly, if you're outside the US. Import duties and VAT aren't included in what you pay us and are collected by the carrier before delivery. In the EU there's a flat €3 customs duty per item, so a multi-item order adds up.
